Ingredients
- 2 c. (approximately) soy beans
- 1/2 c. honey
- 10 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. oil
- 10 c. (approximately) white flour
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 4 rounded Tbsp. yeast
Directions

1Soak soy beans in water, 1 to 2 days in refrigerator.

2Drain. Boil approximately 9 cups water.

3In blender, combine very hot water and soy beans; will make a milky color (the milk will not be as bitter if the water is very hot).

4Blend until finely chopped. Recipe calls for 10 cups soy milk/pulp.

5Cool to lukewarm.

6Add yeast mixture and flour until you can't stir anymore.

7Flour board and knead until not sticky.

8Knead 10 minutes more.

9Place in a greased bowl and allow to rise until double (about 1 hour).
