  • 1 bunch parsley, chopped
  • 6 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 3 T ginger, peeled, chopped
  • 6 C olive oil
  • 1/2 C honey
  • 1/2 C Dijon mustard
  • 1 C red wine vinegar
  • 1/3 C soy sauce
  • 1/3 C Sesame oil

Directions

    Add parsley, garlic, ginger to food processor and pulse. Turn on and slowly add 1/2 of oil. Blend until smooth. Transfer to mixing bowl and add honey, dijon and vinegar to bowl. Whip mixture. Slowly add remaining 1/2 oil. After mixed, add soy sauce and sesame oil. continue to whisk until blended. May use immersion blender
