- 1 large head cabbage, cut up
- 1 bunch celery, including leaves
- 4-6 large onions, cut up
- 1 green pepper, including seeds
- 1 qt. canned tomatoes
- small amount brown rice (optional)
- 1 qt. water
Directions

1Cut up cabbage, celery onions, peppers and put in large pan (Dutch oven size). Add 1 qt. water and simmer until vegetables are tender.

2Add tomatoes and cool.

3Store in refrigerator.

4Heat a bowl of soup anytime you feel hungry.
