- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. water
- 3 eggs
- 4 qt. water
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1In 6-quart Dutch oven over high heat, heat 4 quarts water and 1 teaspoon salt to boiling.

2In medium bowl with whisk or spoon beat flour, 1/2 cup water, eggs and 1/2 teaspoon salt until smooth.

3Reduce heat to medium over boiling water with rubber spatula.

4Press batter through colander.

5Stir water gently so Spaetzle will not stick together.

6Boil 5 minutes or until tender, but firm; drain.
