- 2 eggs
- 14 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 14 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 pinch white pepper
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons bouillon
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon parsley
Directions

1Beat eggs and add milk.

2Combine flour, nutmeg, pepper and salt in bowl.

3Add liquid gradually, beat until smooth.

4Let dough rest, beating occasionally, for an hour (optional).

5Bring gallon of water to boil, add boullion (powder or cubes) to the water.

6Use Spaetzle press to drop noodles into water.
-
7When noodles rise to surface, they are done.

8Skim off with slotted spoon and place in bowl of ice water to cool.

9Drain.

10Melt butter, add noodles and parsley.
-
11Stirfry until heated.
-
12Serve immediately.
