- 1 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- Pepper To Taste
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 cups Milk
Directions

1Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl.

2In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.

3Make a well in the center of the dry mixture and pour in the egg/milk mixture.

4Using a fork, combine the wet and dry ingredients gradually until incorporated.

5Note that the dough should be smooth and thick.

6Let it rest for 15 minutes.

7Bring a large pot of water to a boil.

8Using a small ladle, scoop the spaetzle mixture over a slotted spoon and push the batter through into the water.

9Cook for 3-4 minutes until the spaetzle float to the surface.

10Drain and serve hot with butter, olive oil or gravy of your choice.
