  • 1 lb medium ground beef
  • 1 medium green pepper
  • 1 medium red pepper
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 2 jalapeno peppers
  • ground oregano
  • Italian spices
  • crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 (796 ml) can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 (540 ml) can tomato juice
  • 2 (155 ml) cans tomato paste
  • 1 (900 g) package spaghetti

Directions

    Chop red peppers, green peppers and jalapeno peppers in tiny cubes, place in frying pan along with beef.

    Add spices to the frying pan, and fry until meat is browned all the way through and peppers are soft.

    In a large sauce pan put in crushed tomato, tomato juice and tomato paste, stir, than add meat.

    turn burner on to low heat, stirring occasionally.

    In another sauce pan full of water boil it and add spaghetti, cook until very tender, drain.
