- 3 large cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 c. oil, divided
- 2 or 3 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 lb. spaghetti
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1In a large skillet or Dutch oven, saute garlic in 1/4 cup oil for 3 minutes.

2Add broccoli; stir and cook for 5 minutes, until tender.

3Cook spaghetti according to package; add hot spaghetti to broccoli, garlic and remaining oil.

4Toss well.

5Mix milk with cheese in separate bowl, then pour over spaghetti mixture over low heat.

6Toss well until cheese melts.
