  • 1 1/2 c. thin spaghetti, measured uncooked
  • 1/2 lb. mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 large cans evaporated milk
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Cook spaghetti in salted water; drain.

    Combine ingredients. Bake at 300° for 30 minutes or until mixture doesn't jiggle. Don't brown the top as it makes the cheese tough.
