Ingredients
- 3 large cans crushed tomatoes
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 whole bulb garlic
- 1 1/2 c. red wine
- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- crushed hot pepper to taste
- 1 doz. crabs, cleaned and halved
Directions

1Pour olive oil to cover bottom of stock pot.

2Heat oil and lightly brown the garlic and parsley.

3Saute the crabs with lid on the pot until they turn pink (about 20 minutes).

4Shake the pot to move the crabs around inside the pot.

5Don't try to stir them while you're cooking them.

6Add the remaining ingredients and simmer at least 2 hours (the longer, the better).

7Remove crabs into side bowl.

8Cook spaghetti and serve with the sauce and crabs on the side.

9It's messy to eat, but delicious!
