  • 1 cup tofu mashed
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce, tamari
  • 2 cups spaghetti cooked
  • 3 cups tomato sauce

Directions

    In a medium sized bowl, mix tofu, nutritional yeast, oil and tamari.

    Stir in the spaghetti and tomato sauce.

    Heat through in a moderate oven until hot.
