- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce, tamari
- 2 cups spaghetti cooked
- 3 cups tomato sauce

1In a medium sized bowl, mix tofu, nutritional yeast, oil and tamari.

2Stir in the spaghetti and tomato sauce.

3Heat through in a moderate oven until hot.
