  • 3 Tablespoons Oil
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 whole Onion, Chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic, Minced
  • 1 can Chopped Tomatoes (14.5 Oz Can)
  • 1/4 pounds Dry Spaghetti Noodles
  • 8 ounces, weight American Cheese

Directions

    Bring a large pot of water to boil.

    Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.

    Add beef and brown it, breaking it up as it cooks.

    Drain any grease.

    Add chopped onion and garlic and saute until onions are transparent in color.

    Add the can of tomatoes.

    Simmer for about 15 minutes.

    Add spaghetti into the pot of boiling water and cook according to package directions.

    When done, drain the pasta.

    Add cooked spaghetti into the meat mixture.

    Add American cheese and mix until well melted and integrated.
