  • 1 lb. dry pasta
  • 1/2 lb. bacon
  • 1 large onion
  • 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. fresh parsley
  • 2 eggs (room temperature)
  • 1/2 c. cream

    Boil water for pasta.

    Cook bacon; crumble.

    Save 2 tablespoons grease and saute onion in it.

    Combine last 4 ingredients.
