- 1 lb. bacon
- 1 large sweet onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. heavy cream (Coffee Rich)
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese or more
- 1/4 c. parsley flakes
- 1 1/2 lb. spaghetti
- chicken/broccoli (optional)
Directions

1Fry bacon and save drippings; crumble bacon.

2Cook chopped onion in drippings.

3Cook spaghetti and while that's going, beat eggs.

4Add cream, Parmesan cheese and parsley flakes.

5Set aside for later.

6Drain pasta and immediately pour egg and cream mixture over top.

7Add bacon and onion.

8Mix all very well.

9Egg will cook on hot pasta.

10Add more bacon drippings to taste, Parmesan, too. Makes 6 to 10 servings.
