- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 6 slices bacon, diced
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and chopped
- 4 None eggs, beaten
- 14 oz spaghetti
- 1/4 cup pecorino cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup Parmesan, plus extra for sprinkling, grated
Directions

1Heat the oil in a pan and saute the bacon until crispy, add the garlic and saute for 2 mins. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.

2Season the eggs with salt and black pepper. Stir in the bacon and cheese. Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water according to the package instructions. Drain and immediately add to the egg mixture. Toss until the spaghetti is coated. Serve sprinkled with Parmesan.
