- 1 pound bacon, diced
- 3 eggs, whipped
- 3 cups grated parmesan
- 1 pound spaghetti
- 3 cups half and half
Directions

1Chop the bacon into small pieces and fry until crispy. Remove all but 4 tablespoons of the fat.In a separate bowl whisk the eggs and add the half and half.

2Cook the spaghetti until al dente. Add the spaghetti into the hot bacon fat, toss to coat. Turn off heat and add the egg mixture and the parmesan to coat. Season with pepper and serve with additional parmesan.
