- 1/2 Chpd Onion
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 C Whipping Cream
- 1 lb. bacon
- 1 lb. spaghetti
- 1 C grated parmesan cheese
Directions

1Eggs, cream & cheese should stand at room temp. 2 to 3 hours before using.

2Cook Bacon in skillet adding onions when bacon is almost done.

3Cook spaghetti

4Beat together eggs, cream & cheese until blended.

5Drain spaghetti. Do not rinse. Return to hot pan and IMMEDIATELY add egg, cream & cheese mixture. Toss until well coated. Stir in bacon.

6Serve ASAP
