  • 1/2 Chpd Onion
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 C Whipping Cream
  • 1 lb. bacon
  • 1 lb. spaghetti
  • 1 C grated parmesan cheese

    Eggs, cream & cheese should stand at room temp. 2 to 3 hours before using.

    Cook Bacon in skillet adding onions when bacon is almost done.

    Cook spaghetti

    Beat together eggs, cream & cheese until blended.
  5. 5
    Drain spaghetti. Do not rinse. Return to hot pan and IMMEDIATELY add egg, cream & cheese mixture. Toss until well coated. Stir in bacon.

    Serve ASAP
