Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 small can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
- salt and pepper to taste
- Italian seasoning to taste
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Brown ground beef and pour off fat.

2Brown onion.

3Add remaining ingredients, except for noodles and cheese.

4Simmer until nice consistency.

5Cook noodles. Drain and mix with meat sauce.

6Put half of sauce in bottom of 3-quart dish.

7Cover with shredded Mozzarella cheese.

8Add remaining sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

9Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
