Ingredients

  • 1 (8 to 10 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, broken
  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 1 c. celery, finely sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 can sliced black olives
  • 1 can whole peeled stewed tomatoes
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 large can tomato sauce
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos, chopped
  • grated cheese (Cheddar, Monterey Jack, Mozzarella, etc.)

Directions

    Place a large pan (Dutch oven type) 3/4 full of water on stove.

    Heat to boiling.

    Add the spaghetti; return to boil. Cover.
