Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 green pepper
- 1 large onion
- 2 to 3 stalks celery
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 cans tomatoes
- Worcestershire sauce
- garlic salt
- hot sauce (if desired)
- butter or margarine
- sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 lb. spaghetti
Directions

1Mix ground beef, pepper, onion and celery.

2Season this mixture with salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt and hot sauce (if desired) to taste.

3Boil 1/2 pound spaghetti.

4Make 2 layers of spaghetti, layer of sauce and use sharp Cheddar cheese and butter over each layer.

5Pour 1 1/2 cans tomatoes over it and cook at 350° about 45 minutes.

6Serves 4 to 5.
