Spaghetti Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 12 oz. pkg. spaghetti
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic, diced
- 1 (7 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced
- salt and pepper
- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) jar olives (stuffed)
- 1 lb. Longhorn cheese, grated
- 4 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Directions

1Chop green pepper, onion and garlic; saute.

2Cook ground beef; drain.

3Mix with pepper, onion and garlic; stir in tomato sauce, cover and simmer.

4Cook spaghetti in boiling water.

5Drain.

6Add meat mixture, stirring until blended.

7Pour 1/2 of mixture into greased casserole dish.

8Sprinkle sliced olives and mushrooms over top.

9Add grated cheese over this.

10Pour more mixture; repeat procedure.

11Bake casserole until contents are thoroughly heated and cheese is melted.

12Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

13This can be made ahead of time and stored in freezer.
