Spaghetti Casserole

- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 can water
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 lb. uncooked spaghetti
- 1 c. grated sharp cheese
Directions

1Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium heat. Drain; add butter, mushroom soup, tomatoes, water and garlic powder; set aside.

2Cook 1/2 pound spaghetti, drain and put in bottom of casserole dish (9 x 13-inch).

3Add beef mixture and top with grated cheese.

4Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes.

5This freezes well and may be made in two containers.

6Serve one, freeze one.
