  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (1 lb.) can spaghetti in tomato sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 4 slices American cheese

Directions

    Combine ground beef with spaghetti.

    Add egg, salt, oregano and garlic powder; stir until blended.

    Press half of mixture into the bottom of an 8-inch baking dish.

    Top with onion and cheese; add remaining meat mixture.

    Bake at 350° for one hour or until browned. Serves 4.
