- 20 to 25 lb. ground beef
- 3 c. chopped onions
- 8 carrots, grated
- 5 gal. tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 c. minced garlic
- 10 lb. spaghetti
- 2 c. Romanoff cheese, grated
- spices: oregano, parsley flakes, Italian seasoning, sweet basil, bay leaf, salt, pepper and Romanoff cheese (season to taste)
Directions

1Cook meat until beginning to turn color.

2Add onion and continue to cook until just done and light brown.

3Drain off fat. Put in large container or divide into 2 pots.

4Add the rest of the ingredients, except the spaghetti.

5Simmer about 2 hours, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.

6Serve over cooked spaghetti.
