- 200 grams Pasta
- 20 Basil leaves
- 50 ml Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Pine nuts
- 3 clove Garlic
- 3 tbsp Grated cheese
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1 medium Tomato
Directions

1Wash the basil well, then wipe off the moisture.

2Lightly roast the pine nuts.

3Finely chop the garlic.

4Put the basil, pine nuts, olive oil, cheese, garlic, salt and pepper in a mill, and blend to a paste.

5Cut the tomatoes into 1 cm pieces, and mix with olive oil and salt and pepper.

6They will be aromatic and tasty if you add some finely chopped or dried basil here.

7Boil the pasta as instructed on the package, and drain in a sieve.

8Mix the pasta and sauce together, then top with the tomatoes and some basil leaves.
