- 1 lb bacon, cut into 1 inch chunks
- 3 large onions, cut into chunks
- 1 1/2 lbs hamburger
- 3 (28 ounce) cans tomatoes, diced
- 3 tablespoons black pepper, more if you'd like
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 quart tomato juice
- 2 lbs spaghetti
Directions

1Fry the bacon in a big kettle, drain on paper towels.

2In same pot brown the hamburg and the onions, about 15 minutes.

3Return the bacon to the pot and add the tomatoes simmer for about 45 minutes.

4Add the black pepper, sugar and tomato juice.

5Cook your spaghetti in a separate pot, when done rinse with cool water to stop the cooking process.

6Add the cooked spaghetti to the pot of sauce.
