Ingredients
- 1/4 pound bacon diced
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 cups ham thin Julienne strips
- 8 ounces spaghetti Vermicelli
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1/4 cup black olives ripe, sliced
Directions

1Brown bacon over medium-high heat until cooked, but not crisp.

2Pour off fat and set bacon aside.

3Same pan, add oil, butter, garlic and ham.

4Saute lightly over medium heat.

5While meat is sauteing, cook spaghetti.

6Drain spaghetti.

7Add sauteed meat, bacon, cheese, salt and pepper to spaghetti.

8Stir to mix well.

9Pour eggs over, toss quickly to coat spaghetti evenly.

10Add olives, and toss again.
