Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 lb. can sliced tomatoes
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 1 can water
  • 1 small can mushroom stems
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • spaghetti
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Brown meat.

    Add onion and green pepper; cook until tender and drain.

    Add all ingredients, except spaghetti, butter and cheese. Simmer, uncovered, for 1 hour.

    Remove bay leaf.

    Prepare spaghetti.

    Serve with Parmesan cheese.
