  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 6 oz. spaghetti
  • 2 eggs, beaten well
  • 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • sauce

Directions

    Cook spaghetti and drain, about 3 cups.

    Stir in butter, Parmesan cheese and beaten eggs.

    Form a pie crust; add spaghetti in a 10-inch pie plate.

    Spread cottage cheese over this.

    Pour spaghetti sauce on top.

    Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake 5 minutes more until cheese melts.
