- 6 oz. spaghetti
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 well beaten eggs
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1/4 c. chopped green peppers
- 1 (8 oz.) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Cook spaghetti as package directs and drain.

2Stir margarine into hot spaghetti.

3Stir in Parmesan cheese and eggs.

4Form spaghetti mixture into crust in buttered 10-inch pie pan.

5Spread cottage cheese over spaghetti crust.

6Cook beef, onion and pepper until done.

7Drain off fat.

8Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, oregano and garlic salt.

9Heat.

10Turn mixture into spaghetti crust.

11Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes at 350°. Sprinkle cheese on top.

12Bake 5 minutes more.
