- 6 oz. spaghetti
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1c. cottage cheese
- 1 lb. ground beef or sausage
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1/4 c. green peppers, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
- 1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions

1Cook spaghetti according to package.

2Drain.

3Stir in margarine.

4Stir in Parmesan cheese and eggs.

5Form spaghetti mixture into a crust in a buttered pie plate.

6Spread cottage cheese over top of spaghetti.

7In a skillet, brown ground meat or sausage with onions and green peppers until tender.

8Drain off fat.

9Add tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, oregano and garlic salt. Cook until ground meat or sausage is done.

10Put into the crust. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

11Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top and bake an additional 5 minutes.
