- 6 oz. spaghetti
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. green pepper, diced
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes
- 6 oz. tomato paste
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 8 oz. cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Cook spaghetti and drain.

2Stir butter into hot spaghetti. Stir in Parmesan and egg.

3Form into crust in buttered 10-inch pie pan.

4Cook ground beef and onion until tender; drain off fat. Stir in undrained tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, oregano and garlic salt.

5Heat through.

6Spread cottage cheese over crust. Then pour in tomato and beef mixture.

7Bake uncovered at 350° for 20 minutes.

8Sprinkle cheese on top and bake 5 minutes more until cheese melts.
