Ingredients
- 8 oz. thin spaghetti, broken in half
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 lb. Italian sausage, casing removed
- 1 c. water
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Cook spaghetti as directed on box.

2Drain.

3Beat eggs and cheese.

4Add warm drained spaghetti and toss.

5In a 10-inch greased pie pan, pour mixture to form a crust.

6Set aside.

7Saute peppers and onions until tender.

8Add sour cream.

9Pour into spaghetti crust.

10Cook sausage well, breaking it with a spoon.

11Drain fat. Add water, tomato paste to sausage and mix well.

12Heat to boil and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.

13Pour over pie.

14Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

15Remove foil.

16Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over top.

17Bake 5 minutes until cheese melts.

18Let set 5 minutes.

19Cut into serving portions.
