- 6 oz. spaghetti
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 well-beaten eggs
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
- 1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Cook spaghetti; drain.

2Stir in butter, then Parmesan cheese and eggs.

3Form spaghetti mixture into a crust in a buttered 10-inch pie pan.

4Spread cottage cheese over spaghetti crust. Cook ground beef, onion and green pepper together; drain.

5Mix meat mixture with tomato sauce, paste and garlic.

6Heat thoroughly, adding water if needed.

7Turn meat mixture into crust.

8Bake uncovered at 350° for 20 minutes.

9Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top.

10Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese melts.
