- 6 oz. spaghetti
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 c. cottage or Ricotta cheese
- 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (2 oz.)
- use canned or jars spaghetti sauce or make your own
Directions

1Cook spaghetti according to package, drain.

2Stir in butter or margarine.

3Add Parmesan cheese and eggs. Form spaghetti into a 10-inch pie plate.

4Spread cottage or Ricotta cheese over bottom of crust.

5Cover with spaghetti sauce.

6Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20 minutes.

7Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese over top.

8Bake until melted.
