- 6 oz. spaghetti
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 well beaten eggs
- 3/4 lb. ground beef or sausage
- 1/4 c. chopped onion (optional)
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper (optional)
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1 c. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce with meat
Directions

1Cook ground beef, onion and pepper; drain well.

2Add spaghetti sauce.

3Cook spaghetti; drain.

4Stir the margarine and salt in with spaghetti.

5Beat eggs.

6Add Parmesan cheese; mix with spaghetti. Place pasta mixture in 10-inch greased pie pan.

7Shape like pie shell with spoon.

8Spread cottage cheese over spaghetti.

9Pour meat mixture over cheese.

10Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.

11During the last 5 or 10 minutes, sprinkle top with Mozzarella cheese; return to oven until melted.

12Can be cut into pie shape pieces.
