- 10 oz. spaghetti
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 well-beaten eggs
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Cook spaghetti and drain.

2Stir in margarine.

3Stir in Parmesan cheese and eggs.

4Put on bottom of buttered 10-inch pie plate.

5Brown beef, onions and peppers.

6Drain.

7Stir in tomatoes, paste, sugar and spices.

8Spread cottage cheese on spaghetti crust.

9Put tomato mixture on top.

10Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.

11Put cheese on top and bake until melted.

12Freezes well.
