  • 6 oz. spaghetti (10-inches long)
  • 2 eggs, beaten well
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/3 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 lb. Italian sausage
  • 1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
  • 1 c. water
  • 4 to 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese

    Break the spaghetti in half.

    Cook until done.

    Drain while warm.

    Combine spaghetti with eggs and Parmesan cheese.

    Pour into well-greased 10-inch pie plate.
