Ingredients
- 6 oz. spaghetti
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 well beaten egg
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 c. tomatoes, cut up (8 oz.)
- 1 c. tomato paste (6 oz.)
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 c. Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Cook spaghetti; drain.

2Stir in butter, Parmesan and egg. Form into crust of pie pan or casserole dish.

3Spread cottage cheese over spaghetti.

4In skillet, cook ground beef, onion and pepper until done; drain.

5Stir in undrained tomatoes, paste, sugar, oregano and salt; heat.

6Pour over cottage cheese.

7Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

8Top with Mozzarella.

9Bake 10 more minutes.
