- 6 oz. thin spaghetti
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 well beaten eggs
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. cottage cheese or Ricotta
- 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella
- 1 1/2 c. tomato sauce
Directions

1Cook spaghetti; drain; while hot, mix with margarine, Parmesan cheese and eggs.

2Mix well.

3Spread and press in 10-inch pie pan, well buttered.

4Cook crumbled beef until browned.

5Spread cottage or Ricotta cheese over crust.

6Spoon meat mixture on top of spaghetti crust.

7Cover with sauce.

8Bake uncovered for 20 minutes in 350° oven.

9Cover with Mozzarella and bake for 5 minutes more. Let stand for 5 minutes; cut in wedges, then eat and enjoy.
