Spaghetti Pizza

  • 1 lb. spaghetti
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (30 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce (Ragu or Prego)
  • 1 lb. hamburger, browned and drained
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. pepperoni, sliced

Directions

    Break spaghetti and cook, then drain and cool.

    Add eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt and half the shredded Mozzarella cheese. Mix together in a large bowl.

    Spread on greased jelly roll pan or large baking pan.

    Bake 15 minutes at 400°.

    Reduce heat to 350°.

    Remove from oven.

    Mix browned, drained hamburger with spaghetti sauce; spread on top of spaghetti crust.

    Add pepperoni slices.

    Sprinkle remaining Mozzarella cheese over all.

    Bake 30 minutes at 350°.

    Cut into 3 x 3-inch squares; serves 12 to 15.
