- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 3 to 4 large tomatoes
- 3 cloves garlic
- salt to taste
- 1 c. fresh basil or 2 Tbsp. dried
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 lb. extra fine spaghetti
Directions

1Chop the garlic fine.

2Dice the tomatoes and mix with other ingredients.

3Let stand for several hours in the refrigerator, overnight if possible.

4Cook the spaghetti and leave at room temperature.

5Toss the spaghetti and tomato mixture; enjoy.
