- 1/2 lb. spaghetti
- 2 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 c. chopped tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 2 anchovy filets
- 1 Tbsp. capers
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Peel garlic.

2Wash parsley and chop with the garlic.

3Chop anchovy filets.

4Place in saute pan; oil 1/2 cup and when very hot, add mixture.

5Add tomatoes, tomato paste and 1/2 cup water (hot). Add salt and pepper to taste.

6Cook on high for 5 minutes, then add capers.

7Cook for a few more minutes, then toss over cooked spaghetti.
