- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 3 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 medium chopped green pepper
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- 2 cans tomato sauce or paste
- 1 bottle tomato catsup
- pinch of cinnamon, ginger, cloves and salt
Directions

1Cook meat in oil with green pepper and onion in a skillet until red color leaves meat, stirring continuously.

2Add remaining ingredients and stir well to blend.

3Cover tightly and simmer for 3 to 4 hours.

4Stir often to prevent sticking.

5Makes enough for 10 to 12 servings and freezes well.
