  • 5 to 6 large cans crushed tomatoes
  • 5 to 6 large cans tomato sauce
  • 2 medium cans tomato puree
  • 3 medium cans tomato paste
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp. rosemary
  • 1/4 c. parsley flakes
  • 1 Tbsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

    Bring all tomato sauces combined to a boil.

    Lower heat.

    Add remaining ingredients and simmer 4 to 5 hours.

    Makes approximately 17 to 18 quarts.
