- 1/2 bushel tomatoes, juiced
- 3 lb. onions
- 2 garlic bulbs
- 1 pt. cooking oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. basil
- 1/2 c. salt
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. oregano
- 1/2 handful parsley
- 2 c. sugar
- 8 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste or more
Directions

1Cook juice, onions and garlic about 20 minutes until soft. Add everything else except tomato paste.

2Cook 1/2 hour.

3Add paste; cook 10 to 15 minutes, stirring frequently.

4Cold pack 10 minutes.

5Heat canning lids before use.
