- 1 lb. good ground beef
- 1 c. catsup
- 1 Tbsp. French mustard
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 onion
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 small can tomato paste
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Brown meat and chopped onion, discarding any excess fat.

2Add all other ingredients (possibly a very small amount of water) and cook very slowly 30 minutes or more.

3Serve on spaghetti.
