- 2 large cans crushed tomatoes
- 1 large can tomato paste
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 4 pieces garlic, diced
- 1 tsp. sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
- water
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 lb. Italian sausage
Directions

1Saute onion and garlic in olive oil until they become light brown.

2Add crushed tomatoes and tomato paste.

3Mix together and add small amount of water to thin.

4Simmer 2 to 3 hours.

5Add cooked Italian sausage.

6Serve over any type of pasta.
