- 1 peck Italian tomatoes
- 4 large peppers
- 4 large onions
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
- 4 envelopes Spatini spices
Directions

1Wash and cut up.

2Cook together until done.

3Scoop into blender (whip) and then put in a large boiler and add paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic salt, sugar, tomato paste and spices. Slow boil about 2 1/2 hours.

4Makes about 6 quarts.
