Spaghetti Soup

Ingredients
- 1 lb. Italian sausage
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 1 chopped medium onion
- 1 small can sliced mushrooms
- 4 c. water
- 4 beef bouillon cubes
- 2 tsp. crushed oregano
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 6 oz. can tomato paste
- 28 oz. can tomatoes
- 1/2 lb. 1-inch broken spaghetti pieces
- 1 1/2 c. grated Mozzarella or Romano
Directions

1Brown sausage in 3 or 4-quart pan.

2Drain.

3Remove; set aside. Add green pepper, onion and mushrooms to pan and saute until tender.

4Add meat and all ingredients except cheese and spaghetti. Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.

5Cook spaghetti.

6Add to soup. Top bowls with cheese or add to soup.
